Our family has genetic diabetes and dialysis！ My mum had diabetes since 40 years old and my dad is a dialysis patient since 65 years old (He just leave us 7 days ago)😭.
Both of them are suffered from these especially they have to control their daily diet.
Due to this, I care very much about the food. Whatever we eat is to decide our future. I would encourage trying to minimize salt, sugar even we know our adult taste was spoiled from those🥺. But I still do best for our children hope to train them from the baby.
