1. Kindly check out with DELIVERY STANDARD SHIPPING for normal dry product delivery. 

2. Delivery service within Singapore.

3. Free delivery for normal food items $50 and above. There is $5 delivery surcharge if the purchased item is below $50. System will auto-set free shipping if purchased items are above $50.

4. Delivery by courier(10 am – 10 pm): The delivery team will deliver the parcel to your specified address. They will contact you beforehand and arrangements can be made to leave it at your doorstep.

5. Please check the parcel when you received it from the delivery service, inform us immediately if you found the seal has broken, and take a photo of the product with the tracking order. You may refuse to accept the parcel.

6. Please ensure there is someone available to receive parcel.

3. Free delivery for frozen food items $80 and above. There is $10 delivery surcharge if the purchased item is below. The system will auto-set free shipping if purchased items above $80

4. In the event that our delivery team is informed that ” no one is at home or you are uncontactable after they have already arrived at your place of residence, there will be an additional charge of $10 for re-delivery. Alternatively, you may choose to collect at our door.

Mix Dry and Frozen Food products – Within Singapore

1. Kindly check out the FROZEN FOOD DELIVERY for your delivery options as long as there are frozen products included in your purchased items.

2. Free delivery for FROZEN FOOD SHIPPING $80 and above. There is $10 delivery surcharge if the purchased item is below. The system will auto-set free shipping if purchased items are above $80. You may mix all the items as long as purchased $80 and above.
