STANDARD DELIVERY

1. Our logistic partner with their best effort to deliver your order. Your parcel will be delivered by courier(10am - 10pm), the delivery team will deliver the parcel to your specified address. They will contact you beforehand and arrangements can be made to leave it at your doorstep.
2. At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/ confirmation to our logistic partner as proof of delivery. If the packaging is tempered, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to accept the parcel if the content is damaged.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

1. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
