Jmummy has tried and error to prepare the mini doughnuts. Finally, I got the improved version and this is the best recipe. The skin is crispy and inside is soft, melting in your mouth.

Ingredients preparation:10mins

Preparation the mixture: 5mins

Baking:12min can be made 12minj doughnuts

In the picture has missed the yeast and melting butter. Please remember to add them into the mixture.

1. Get the cake flour from RedMart

2.Using the Meiji fresh milk Meiji High Protein

3. Add on the @baby_angels_homemade sweet corn powder for flavour and nutrient to children by natural ingredient (no sugar for baby food). For the adult version, you may add sugar.

Usual question from mummies:

What about no egg? Without egg can make doughnut? Yes! There is eggless doughnut as well. Just remove the 2 eggs from your ingredients. May add more sweet corn powder to substitute the fragrance 😉.
