Egg wrap with Japanese Rice

Egg Wrapping with Japanese Rice

🧂Ingredients :

An egg @ntucsingapore Japanese rice @donkisg, carrot, broccoli, Baby Angel’s Homemade pork floss, Baby Angel’s Homemade Seaweed Sesame Powder

👩‍🍳Preparation:

1. Boiled the carrot and broccoli, cut them smaller

2. Cook the Japanese rice

3. Mix the cut carrot, broccoli, pork floss, seaweed sesame powder together with the cooked Japanese rice @donkisg

4. Make the sushi shape

5. Fried the egg as shown in the pic

6. Wrapping the egg with the rice

7. Ready to serve

P/S: I’m not using any powder as the pork floss itself is very tasty from the mushroom powder. Our ingredients to make the pork floss was using our own brand fresh shiitake mushroom powder to make pork floss. The best combination ever pork with shiitake mushroom powder.
