Din Tai Fung Golden Crispy Prawn Cake 🥢

Homemade Children Healthy version of Golden Crispy Prawn Cake with no sugar, salt but healthy pure food powder to cover the smell and enhance the taste naturally.

Ingredients:
🌿 4 shrimps
🌿 an egg white
🌿 appropriate carrots
🌿 appropriate seaweeds
🌿 4 spoons cornflour
🌿 Our in house garlic powder (a tsp) – herbs to add on remove the smell
🌿 Our in house spinach powder (a tsp)- add green Vegetable nutrition
🌿 Our in house mushroom powder (2 Stp)- to help enhance the taste

Cooking:
1. Clean the shrimps
2. Cut carrots become cubes.
3. An egg white
4. Wash the seaweed, shift it and cut it!
5. Blend the shrimps to become smooth.
6. Add all the ingredients above and stir them for a few seconds to ensure all mix well.
7. Start to fry with didinika pan.
8. Put little oil, reheat the pan, lower fire for easy control.
9. Stir-fried until golden color for front and back.
10. Ready to serve

Oh ya! Above recipes can make 2 prawn cake!

Tips: if you prefer a very crispy kind, put it in the toaster to toast it for 8min with 180 degrees! The outcome is super crispy!

You may eat together with egg-fried rice with crusty golden prawn cake! Super good! Love it so much!
