Powder: Baby Angel’s Homemade mushroom powder

Ingredients: with a picture attached for your easy reference 😍

Jmummy daily work is to produce healthy yoghurt melts and pure food powder.

One of the ingredients from yoghurt melts is egg white. I’m using about 15-20 eggs white daily. How about egg yolk? So wasted that I have to throw the egg yolk daily as well 😭😭

Hence, I have come with my secret recipe to use egg yolk to make the egg yolk mini doughnuts. As we know egg yolk is rich in protein and vitamin D.

By adding the mushroom flavour into the mixture, it was so so fragrance as well as using the butter to stir- fry with the egg yolk. In order to add nutrition, I also added broccoli and sesame seeds.

It was so yummy and perfect matched of stir fry egg yolk with the mushroom powder.
